Hello guys! CC cream is the latest trend in today's beauty industry. Though it was released late last year in western countries, Korean cosmetic companies are starting to release their own version. Tony Moly, Banila co., Hera, Mizon, The face shop, Nature Republic, and The Skin Shop are some of the Korean versions of cc creams. If you are curious about what is cc cream and its difference with bb cream you can check my previous blog here. For now, I'll share to you the first cc cream that I got from Banila co which is It Radiant CC Cream. So let's start.
Product Description:
Banila Co. It Radiant CC Cream (30ml), is a whitening, moisturizing, color control makeup base with SPF 30 PA++.
- Moisturizing: “It contains eco herb water complex that moisturizes the skin, making the skin look transparent and even with its natural skin tone.”
- Smoothe skin: “The moisture and the micro powder covers your pores and wrinkles, giving the skin a smoothe soft surface.”
- Melanin care: contains SPF 30 PA++
- Evening skin tone: “The transparent brightening capsules transforms the tired-looking dull skin into a youthful radiating skin.”
My Thoughts:
Actually, I am quite disappointed with this product. It is so greasy and feels sticky. It can last for 4-5 hours. This product claims that it color corrects, but it doesn't completely correct redness, dark spots, and hyper-pigmentation. The texture is light and blends easily. It has a sheer or very light coverage so I recommend to use concealer if you want more coverage. But with 2-3 layers, it can lessen the appearance of large pores and wrinkles. In my opinion, this product will work great for those with clear and smooth skin. Since it is a base make up, it works better with bb cream or foundation. It contains SPF 30 PA++, which is ok, but because of the humid here in the Philippines I prefer higher spf level. The thing I love about this cc cream is the brightening or the radiant effect in my skin. It is so moisturizing, so I highly recommend this for those with dry skin. As I mentioned above, it is so greasy which is not good for oily skin. It is a bit pricey for a 30 ml tube, but I got this on a lesser price because of a sale in online shop. It radiant cc cream is not available in the Philippines but there are some online shops that offers this product like ebay, twofacemall and kkochipida. So I'll rate this product 3/5.
